•Prepares and manages plan, schedule, Rollout, DAS, IBS etc. Budget for each assigned project timely.
•Responsible to support the smooth functioning & operation of the Project.
•Performing all aspects of the Site Acquisition process from site Identification & Qualification & hands on experience rectify all issues of SA END .
•Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of required tasks.
•Negotiation of Lease, Amendment, License, Right-of-way with property Owners.
•Maintain the central filing system, Tracker data base & Archive.
•Maintaining complete documentation related to all planning, communication & action on sites.
•Provide NOCs from all authorities TMA, FAB, DHA, KPT, 5Corps, CBC, EPA etc.
•Prepare all documents for CP Installation Normal & Scheme case.
•Provide support to ensure effective & accurate resources in accordance with Plan’s Rules Guidelines & Regulations.
•Supports operations by supervising staff planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
•Responsible for the day-to-day operation, assisting the Project Director & Supporting the staff team.
• Arrange meetings relating to the core operation of the company.
•Maintains continuity among corporate, division & Local work team by documenting & communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
•Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Make the acceptances Kickoff, Tower Foundation, PAC FAC, DG Relocation & all.
•Hands on experience of Commercial Power for all related projects.
•Expertise of all related Power documents, Equipment, Operation & Project Management.
•Maintains a high degree of customer service and integrity with clients.
•Provides day-to-day leadership, mentoring and development to the team on assigned projects and programs.
•Supervises the administration, planning, operations, and work of assigned subcontractors and ensures meeting of defined deliverables. Reviews and approves payment of vendor and subcontractor invoices.
•Prepares reviews and/or approves various reports, forms, correspondence, e-mail messages, logs, budget documents, and group goals and objectives. Ensures quality and completeness of documentation.
•Full fill Tendering forms. \n•Overall responsibly for running of Contract. \n•To manage the progress of work and deal with problems during any activity. \n• To monitor Sub Cons & labors progress and their working in order to bring the best out of them and to deploy them on different works/activities. \n•To make sure that quality of work is not compromised. \n•To deal with client and to satisfy them with quality and progress of work. \n•To give material demands to the procurement manager to start of activity. \n•Making the Bills & Correspondence. \n•Maintain the material records, customer feedback & weekly reports.
•Handling the SA sub-cons & takes the work as desired by client & attended the all official meetings internal & external.
•Conduct the TSS (Technical Site Survey for final approval) & make the FSF.
•Kickoff the site for civil work to on air.
•Maintain the full tracker of SA (Site Acquisition, TMA & Electric Power) & float it to higher management on daily basis.
•Setup & monitoring of their organization with operators.
•Main task was to keep track of all Projects.
•Maintaining and monitoring the network devices using solar winds NMS tool.
•Monitoring and administering Cisco Router, and WAN connections
•Configuring and monitoring of PARADYNE DSLAM equipment in Exchanges.
•Designing and providing customized solutions to clients for their Network infrastructure.
•Maintaining and updating MRTG (Multi Routed Traffic Graph)
•To install and configure new Modem According to client requirement.

•Make the Annexure, Site Layout, Leased Agreements & Property Documents with all Requirements of company.
•Handle TMA NOC & Electric Power work from concerned Department & energize the site.
