Working in the Core Team of Ministry of Defense.
Involved in the Design and Supervision of Building Services and Infrastructure works for HVAC, Plumbing & Fire fighting and Irrigation.
Key responsibilities include the review of all mechanical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, Irrigation, and Elevators etc.), shop drawings, RFI & material submittals.
Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints. Assisting the site staff with the pre-installation works and site issues.
Providing technical advices to the Client and assisting for the right decision in a cost effective way, within budgets & as per the project specifications.
Technical Coordinator for all sites (including 400 bed hospital, educational facilities, conference center, cardiac & imaging center, high rise residential towers and many other buildings of Ministry of Higher Education).
Motivational leadership to encourage and achieve the best from the team within defined schedules.

Self-disciplined approach to achieve Engineering deadlines and objectives.
Preparation of Design Criteria, Coordination Data & Drawings (HVAC, Plumbing & FF), Cooling/Heating load calculations using HAP & Elite latest versions, Preparation of Estimated Bill of Quantities and Engineers Cost Estimate.
Testing and commissioning activities for all Mechanical Systems including fire sprinkler + hose System, FM-200 System, Smoke Management System (Stairwell Pressurization, Elevator Hoist Way, Pressurization, Smoke Extract, etc.) Chilled water System, Chilled water Balancing, Chemical Dosing unit etc…
Involved in the detailed design of HVAC, Plumbing & Infrastructure works. Worked as a full time Site Engineer on one of the state of Art Project “Forensic Science Laboratory”, which is the second largest BSL-3 Laboratories in the world. Responsible for the detailed supervision of all mechanical works.
Introduced rain water harvesting for the first time in earth quake affected areas of Northern Province of Pakistan.
Checking and verifying monthly Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) for the main contractor
Responsible for the execution of HVAC works at site (including ducting, chilled water piping with insulation & machine connections), making the bill of quantities, preparing the invoices.
