Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor the progress and implementation of initiatives
Establish a framework for necessary contributions from various departments and facilitate their collaboration

Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
Daily management of up to 10 project staff and multiple sub contractors.
Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements are met.
Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials and human resources.
Analyzed any construction project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Providing independent professional advice and guidance to senior manager and third parties.
Planning site activities in detail, setting targets and accurately forecasting completion dates.
Accurately estimate material, construction and labor costs as well as project timescales.

Scheduling of project work as per time allocated to complete work by the client, tracking closely the progress and raising alarm, suggesting corrective measures well in advance in case project is not on the schedule.
Estimate the cost of the project, hence preparing the demand for manpower, material, and machinery during the course of the project. (resource scheduling).
Finalizing vendors includes comparing their products/ services, bargaining rates, payment options, finalizing the sub-contract agreement, etc.
