Equipment coordination with area incharges to ensure the heavy equipments availability at site.
Logistic support for safe & sound mobilization and demobilization of equipment and proper handling of material to and from site.
To supervise planned maintenance activities as per controlled documents certified by ISO 9001 planned maintenance schedule in connection to running hours of the engine.
To plan and supervise major overhauling of engine with necessary spares required depending on engine operating conditions i.e operating life of engine, load on engine, fuel consumption, total cost of maintenance, spares, labor and down time, cost of fuel and lube oil.
To raise the requirement of spares needed for preventive or periodic maintenance of equipment.
Procurement of necessary spares from market during sudden break down of equipment.
Coordination with sub contractors for proper maintenance of equipment to ensure the machines in good working condition to avoid any disturbance at site.
To maintain the equipment deployment plan at site.
To maintain the record of equipment’s necessary passes expiry dates i.e Registration, Security Pass, Third party certification e.t.c for their in time renewal.
To arrange Maintenance History record.
To carry out unplanned maintenance in emergency/breakdown.
To supervise the shift duty staff for smooth running of the Equipment and to resolve problems encountered during operational activities.
Maintenance, General overhauling and Inspection of Cranes and Heavy Equipment.
To get the equipment passed from client ADMA / Adgas upon mobilization at site considering the all safety measures and to arrange periodic inspection from client.
To verify and maintain the record of equipment invoices as per work orders and time sheets.
To collect specific data for analysis and improve certain areas in order to bring down specific fuel oil consumption (SFC) / Petroleum, Oil and Lube consumption to a minimum.
