I am responsible for Head Hunting and Recruiting top talented people for Ideas Bureau clients, which were established in 2007 with the aim of helping businesses - big and small - acquire their most valuable assets (people) within the GCC; aspire to support and help build the SAUDI National workforce and meet the Vision 2030 objectives for the Kingdom's compelling and remarkable growth.
My job with them has been to provide overall leadership and direction to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, recruiting, career development, training, and leadership development as well as functioning as a strategic business consultant to the senior management of each business unit regarding issues such as business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
I develop, implement and monitor compensation and benefit plans. I also manage the performance management system, including current job descriptions, key performance indicators (KPI’s), and performance evaluation. Other responsibilities include diversity, departmental staffing budgets, corporate HR budget allocations, and expenditures.
My job is to manage and monitor the recruitment cycle including Job descriptions, announcements, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding through managing the recruitment team and providing the instructions needed to ensure that the recruitment process is applied effectively and efficiently; playing a role of liaison with the external agencies from different countries including Philippines, India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh handling the International recruitment for visas purposes for both blue and white collar’s.
As a Sr. Recruiter; I also handle the senior positions to find the best candidates through the headhunting methodology using a high level of communication. Moreover, monitor the KPI of the recruitment and hiring process in order to achieve our aims and reach a high level of professionalism in our services.
Oversees the organization talent acquisition function, including candidate sourcing and screening, to hire the most qualified candidates to support the Human Resources (HR) department in meeting its business and customer service goals. Maintains vacancy rate statistics, analyzes area employment trends, staff shortages, and turnover data to develop talent acquisition strategies and programs that support filling open positions and meet operational needs. Manage the induction of newly hired and onboard procedures. Moreover, compiling payroll data such as salaries, vacations, overtime, GOSI, Budgeting; also responsible for the company performance appraisal.
Act as an in charge in manager absence like handling managerial and administrative duties, playing a leadership role, supervise work and employees, responsible for daily and monthly closing with all its reports and emails. moreover; play a role in marketing and customer service
