Performs systems and business analysis
Understands business processes, recognizes and recommends customizations to meet or improve the company’s operations
Sets and carries out timelines and deadlines necessary to complete the conversion efficiently and accurately
Coordinates with external consultants to plan and organize implementation tasks.
Standardizes technologies and platforms across all operating offices.
Manages the department’s budgets, personnel and assets.
Leads and controls IT initiatives on a regional level.
Optimizes existing technologies used by the group to provide the optimum service to our internal and external clients.
Updates and ensures the implementation of the IT corporate standards, policies and procedures
Assists in the establishment and implementation of tactical and strategic plans for IT as well as the development and management of associated budgets.
Ensures security and business continuity process frameworks are followed.
Directs and plans appropriate training and usage of installed software and hardware.
Keeps informed of the most current IT trends and technology.
Install and configure Domain server, ISA severs, Mail server. \n Microsoft Active directory tasks, Active Directory Group Policies, DHCP Server, DNS Server TCP/IP configuration. \n Install and configure system backup (Acronis, NAS Storage) . \n Desktops and laptops Maintenance and troubleshooting. \n Assisted in troubleshooting user problems relating to Operating System issues, Network Connectivity, MS Office products and Internet connectivity. \n Cisco Routers; Switching (Configuration and troubleshooting) \n Preventive maintenance and site survey. \n Supporting Company departments inside (Field Support). \n Daily reports to the IT operation Manager.
