• Solving all types of technical problems in co-operation with all in-house team

• Solving all logistics problems that may face the team as well as contractor, and adjust any planned activities accordingly.
• Quality assurance visits to the BTS sites to ensure high level of service that will
lead to minimize CM visits & alarms recurrence.
• Supervision & follow up of 100 % of the CM WOs till the fault is permanently
cleared, either by the team or by contractor.
• Technical review and financial approval of all the WOs submitted by the contractor.
• Prepare maintenance log data of BTS sites to be used in future to enhance
process & performance.
• Report and coordinate with the team members and other parties for solving
problems and enhancing the efficiency.

• Receiving calls from field engineers reporting CM (on call 24 hours)
