• Responsible of East Cairo BTS sites through supervision of in-house team
members as well as handling of all field alarm types of Telecom, Radio,
Transmission, Diesel Generators & Electromechanical faults.
• Managing contractor services of CM visits for electromechanical & part of telecom
faults.
• Solving all types of technical problems in co-operation with all in-house team
members.
• Solving all logistics problems that may face the team as well as contractor, and adjust any planned activities accordingly.
• Quality assurance visits to the BTS sites to ensure high level of service that will
lead to minimize CM visits & alarms recurrence.
• Supervision & follow up of 100 % of the CM WOs till the fault is permanently
cleared, either by the team or by contractor.
• Technical review and financial approval of all the WOs submitted by the contractor.
• Prepare maintenance log data of BTS sites to be used in future to enhance
process & performance.
• Report and coordinate with the team members and other parties for solving
problems and enhancing the efficiency.
2. Maintenance Supervisor (Jul.2010-Oct.2011)

• Maneuver all the work done by the contractor concerning the network Diesel
Generators.
• Follow up and review the WOs and invoices of all gensets activities.
• Review the PM plan for all gensets and follow up the execution of this plan with the contractor.
• Review the PM bi-weekly reports.
• Solving technical and logistics problems that may face the teams, and adjust the plan accordingly.
• Prioritizing the faults detected during PM, and initiate a plan for rectification according to urgency.
• Quality assurance audit visits to the running gensets to ensure high level of service that will lead to minimize CM visits & increase efficiency.
• Receiving calls from field engineers reporting CM (on call 24 hours)

• Supervision & following up of 100 % of the CM WOs till the fault is permanently

• Technical review and financial approval of all WOs submitted by the contractor.
• Prepare maintenance log data of gensets to be used in future to enhance the performance.
• Prepare and follow up the overhauled activities and the deployment plan for the overhauled gensets.
• Issue generator transportation/overhauling WOs to the contractor.
• Technical review and financial approval of overhauling WOs received from the contractor.
• Report and coordinate with the team members and other parties for solving
problems and enhancing the work curve.
• Perform Final test to overhauled Generators.
• Review & approve transportation/overhauling invoices.
