• Developing a business plan and business strategy and ensuring all aspects of the companies
business development and marketing activities align with ethos and goals of the plan.
• Preparing and presenting Business Software, ELV & Security solution presentations to
concern clients, sales team and external marketing teams.
• Business Software like Oodo Erp, Inhouse developed various scheduling software’s
and ELV Systems like CCTV, Access Control, Time Attendance, PABX, AV & PA System, Gate Barrier, Flap Barrier, Parking management, Key and Queue Management.
• Working closely with all parts of the company to ensure business goals of the company are met and same time developing and sustaining strong working relationship with all internal external stakeholders.
• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings to understand their requirements and to educate them with suitable solution to meet their requirements to run their business smoothly and effectively.
• Developing marketing strategies and managing marketing campaigns in various social media, across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and solutions meet end users expectations and to build the credibility for the company.
• Identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, clients, products and technology as well as brand extension and working closely with manufacturer, distributors and R&D team to come up with winner solutions.
• Looking after complete sales plan, marketing and marcom activities of the company in Qatar region and also liaison with creative design agency for various marketing events.
• Assisting with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities.
• Seek out the appropriate contacts in Ministries, Government and Semi-Government, Oil & Gas, Hospitality and Banking sector, Education, Sports Stadiums and other public private organization and to build long term relationship with existing and new clients by responding effectively with their needs of how to meet their requirement.
• Carrying out market research to keep up to date with trend and to identifying current market position of the company and also to forecast future sales.
• Providing training to internal sales team and external marketing team and to make them strong with the knowledge of various business software’s and technological solutions.
• Working closely with pre-sales team for preparing and calculating client quotations, negotiating tender and contract terms, closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
