Working in/with Aramco Al-Khafji as Sr. Purchasing Analyst,
Through contractor Agility Logistics - Kuwait
• Inspection of materials:-
o Inspection of material as per the details of specifications given in the purchase order.
o Checking the material type, size, Id, Od and thickness, and for the part number.
o To match the heat number of the MTC provided.
o If any deviation preparing the PIR (Preliminary Inspection Report) and forwarding to KNPC Engineer.
o If the Part number / Heat number and PO Specification matches accepting the same and handing over to the concern storekeeper to process the same in Maximo system.
• Inspection Reports:-
o PIR (Preliminary Inspection Report) for each purchase order material checked.
o KPI Report for the inspection done monthly basis.
Additional Responsibilities
• Inter Refinery Transfer of Materials.
• Stock check.
Work Performed:
• Inter Refinery Transfer of Materials (TR):-
o Transfer of materials to other sites as per the transfer request’s (TR) release provided by the user.
o Receiving of materials from other sites as per the transfer request’s (TR) provided by the concern department.
o Coordinating for making gate pass preparation In / Out as required, for the TR materials.
o Follow up with user to collect the materials received from other sites.
o Creating TR for the materials transferred to other sites.
• Stock check:-
o Stock check to be carried out as per plan and if any discrepancy to resolved in stipulated time frame.
