1. Responsible for preparing Technical Enquiry Specifications and defining scope matrixes between Consotorium partners such as Technology Supplier, Erection Partner and Customers based on the Tender specifications.
2. Performing process calculations for the Water Treatment Plants, calculating of Pipe Run, Pipe weights, Preparing Valve Data Sheets Floating of Enquiry for the Selected Vendor.
3. Acting as a Project coordinator between the client and Engineering Group to resolve all the technical issues related to Project Execution.
4. Preparing the Project program and schedules in MS Project based on input from all the disciplines and updating it as per the critical tasks.
5. Lead Engineer in Development of Steel plant products, checking of As built drawings, assisting draftsmen during preparing BOQ and Drawings.
6. Preparing of Plant Layout, P&IDs, PFDs, and Equipment lists during the Bid Proposal stage.
7. Acted as a Bid Project Manager (Technical) for a live project of SAIL-DSP BF-3 Modernisation of Gas Cleaning Plant.
8. Presently also involoved as a Project Co-ordinator with the ongoing live project of RINL Vizag Blast Furnace Upgradation.
9. Coordinating With the Engineering and Project Management Team for Smooth Moving of the Project Activities.
10. Responsible for Engineering Man hour’s estimation for the project as per the available resources and also acting as a key coordination link between client and Engineering group.
11. Have been on-duty twice in the last fiscal year for Project related meetings in UK (Stockton).
1. Erection and commissioning of 1.3 Mtpa Blast Furnace and its auxiliaries.
2. Fabrication of Process pipe lines including toxic gases like COREX gas, BF gas COKE OVEN gas.
3. Monitoring of refractory lining and and implementing certain new modifications.
4. Commissioning of Utility lines such as Steam, Nitrogen, Compressed air & water.
5. Man power planning for maintenance and shut down activities, distributing personnel as per critical lined jobs.
6. Preparing Standard operating procedures for shop floor personnel with safety as primary tool.
7. Implementing certain Design change notice (DCN) of the process plant which helps in annual maintenance cost savings.
8. Involve in Preparing of Technical Specification for all Plant related equipments.
9. Checking of all vendor offers, drawings and carrying out technical and price bid analysis.
Passed out with first class degree with an aggregate of 67%, Secured second rank for the state karnataka in the year 2005 in diploma in metallurgical engineering.
