Job Responsibilities
- Conducting and managing the Site and organising facilities.
- Checking the Technical Designs and Drawings to ensure that they are followed Correctly.
- Providing Technical advice and Solving the Problems on Site.
- Supervising the Departments while executing the works at Site.
- Ensuring the Projects meet agreed specifications or timescales.
- Preparing Site Reports and filling in other paperworks.
- Ensuring that all the required materials are available at Site.
- Attending Site meetings and Coordinating with different sub-contractors as per Site conditions
and Schedules
- Ensuring that health and Safety and sustainability policies are adhered at Site.
-Conduct site survey and working as per the drawings of Fire protection System.
-Installation, testing, commissioning and servicing of Fire Protection system which include Sprinklers, hydrants, breaching connections, landing valves and pump rooms.
-Attending site mettings and coordinating with different sub-contractors and suppliers as per site conditions and schedules
-Measurement, Analysis and Evaluation of the works in accordance with the conditions of Contract
-Assisting for the preparation of proposals and tenders for New Projects
-Scheduling maintenance and repair for machinery and equipment helping maintenance department in equipment maintenance.
-Taking the plant tour regularly and inspecting if all machinery is functionally smoothly.
-Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
-Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
-Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
-Submitting reports of production to management.
-Ensuring implementations of all health and safety regulations.
-Creating and submitting reports for the need of new equipment and replacement of old ones.
