Providing EHS advice/guidance/coaching to the plant team using different approaches (direct and support them to implement and comply with all EHS requirements in a sustainable manner. Assisting the EHS Manager in the implementation, development and monitoring of the EHS policies and procedures. Complete regular checks and inspections and prepare related reports. Conducting behavioral safety observations and provide support to develop site. Monitor compliance on the shop floor of the PPEs, KSBs, and SWPs and ensure addressing the immediate required actions to correct situation and escalate when/if needed. Update safety logs/registers and file and control of all safety records. Check and update all EHS communication means (monitors, NM boards, signs, boards etc.) and report/fix any in-correct situation (damage, outdate, missing form etc.). Active participation in the risk assessments, accident investigations, communication, planning. Follow up with all plant departments to ensure EHS reports are done in due time. Follow up with all plant departments on the completion of Corrective/Preventive Actions (C/PA) completion and provide support where necessary. Carry out monthly audits on Accident Investigation, P.G.I to ensure FLM receive feedback to ensure standards maintained by FLM team to drive continuous improvement.

Coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests. Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
Comply with company policies and procedures regarding safety, GMP, 5S, and quality requirements. Evaluate and restore base conditions of equipment. Perform routine maintenance work including inspection and identification and correction of abnormalities on equipment. Repair/ replace defective machinery parts, perform equipment adjustment, and fabricate parts when required. Accurately complete paperwork, close WOs, create notification, and PM completion. Actively participate in the DMS cycle of the plant. Carry out focused improvements to correct weaknesses and take steps to avoid major failures. Support PM pillar members to develop an AM training program. Promote improvement initiatives on the equipment following our Kaizen work process. Report any unsafe, unclean areas, behavior or any problems that could cause substandard quality of production. Demonstrates personal and professional integrity.
Establish and maintained the Quality Assurance and Quality Control System. Prepare Raw material sample plan, In-process sample plan and final inspection plan. Prepare Quality Objectives. Prepare Quality Manual, SOP, Check Sheets, QC Process Flow Chart. Prepare and review Quality action plan to prevent the customer claims. Perform Monthly Quality Meeting. Data analysis using Control Chart and Line graph, Bar graph and pie charts. Route Cause Analysis using Pareto Diagrams, Cause and Effect Diagram, Why-Why Analysis techniques. Process Control using Check Sheets and Histogram. Customer Complaint Handling. Use 5’S methodology and ensure its implementation
