• Incident Management & Operations Services
• solving day to day issue and coordination with the Central & Western Regional offices and sale offices,
• Installation, configurations and troubleshooting of all windows based software’s, like windows 10, 8, 7, 2003, 2000, XP, Office XP, 2000, 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013.
• Record incident resolutions in Help Desk application.
• Cisco WebEx Video Conferencing configuration.
• Citrix, Oracle ERP apps and their troubleshooting network monitoring tool.
• Oversaw 15 Servers in Data center, 30 branches using third party software to remotely supports for users and more than 200 number of desktops and laptops.
• Relatively manage & maintenance for all Franchise routers, switches, windows Servers operating systems.
• Facilitating the leased lines and follow up till the compilation of the problems.
• Having a good working experience with the network and IP telephone system
( Avaya ).
• Verified purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list and clarified unclear items
