Assign for Design Review, preparation of IFC drawing, Shop drawings and Asbuilt Drawings for Low voltage (Lighting, Small Power, cable Tray/Trunk, Power for Mechanical Equipment, Panel Board Schedule and SLD), and Low current system (Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, ICT, Lighting Control). Preparation of RFI for the technical clarifications, Attend meetings with client /consultants, Coordinate with sub-contract for preparation of shop drawing. Follow-up consultant to get approval on IFC, Shop and As-built drawings. Preparation of voltage drop calculation, short circuit and coordination study. Preparation of quantity takeoff. Provide technical support to site.

Assign for Study the Design Issues mentioned in the IR comment for low voltage system. Site visit for cross verification of IR technical comments. Provide technical solutions which is mentioned in the IR comment. Prepare RFI for the technical clarifications. Preparation of red line drawings and As-built drawing. Preparation of FDC (Field Design Change) for various cases like cable reduce size, Lux level, changes in panel board, additional circuits required, breaker sizes issue, cable size, conduit size. Provide lux calculation for the dark areas after notification from T & C team. Review coordination Study, voltage drop, short circuit. Provide Proper cable and breaker sizes as per calculation and standard.

1. Preparation of shop drawings according to the specifications, MTS and contract.
2. Review, Analyze and give value comments to subordinates.
3. Review Shop Drawings with consultants and taking Approvals.
4. Reply to the CRS(comments Resolution sheets) after complying the CRS.
5. Review shop drawings on Navisworks and Revit model.
6. Coordinates with site engineers and construction managers and provide shop drawings as per site priority.
7. Preparation of Equipment List.
8. Performing load calculations to determine the proper load distribution among LV panels, MDB, SMDB, EMDB, & Synchronization panels. Selection of Transformer and DG- set.
9. Preparation of SLD as per Final selection of Loads.
10. Selection of breaker capacity, cable size, Busway size, capacitor bank and ATS based on the load calculations.
11. Review fabrication Drawing for panels, DB’s, MCC, MDB, EMDB.
12. Review power and control diagram for MCC from supplier.
13. Prepare Electrical Room Furniture Layout as per Fabrication Drawing.
14. Preparation of cable selection charts based on manufacturer details mention in the catalogue such as Ampacity of cable, cable OD etc.
15. Carried out Voltage Drop and short circuit calculations based on project data.
16. Conduit sizing, Cable tray and Cable Trunk calculation.
17. Earthing and Lightning calculation as per SBC and IEEE-80 -2000 standard.
18. Raising the technical queries, based on construction documents, specifications and drawings.
19. Study LUX calculation provided by lighting supplier to get required lux as per ITT document.
20. Attends meetings with the system suppliers to explain and enquire them about the system requirements and technical details.
21. Cooperated and coordinated with mechanical engineers to design solutions for issues in shop drawings.
22. Providing value engineering to the client based on the technical information regarding breakers, cables and various panels.
23. Familiar with IEC, NEC, NFPA, IEEE-80-2000 and SBC-401 Codes and Standards.

Responsibilities:
1. Study the whole entire project.
2. Update and maintain the latest revision of all project documents.
3. Review and Making Comments on the drawings submitted by contractor and guide the contactor to make proper shop drawings for Low Voltage and low current System such as load schedules, single line diagrams, Lighting layout, Power layout, A/C System layout, Telephone, Data layouts, Fire Alarm and Cable tray layout etc.
4. Responsible for site inspection and testing.
5. Attends RFI(Request for Inspection) for all Electrical System such as low voltage and Low current system and providing code approval as per the work done on site by contractor and give comments on RFI if required.
6. Maintain records of RFI for 1st, 2nd and 3rd fix with the history of acceptance and rejection.
7. Make periodical site visit on site and supervise programs and quality of work to ensure work is done in accordance with the plans and specification.
8. Performing the following tests as required per established procedures: resistance, continuity, insulation resistance test etc.
9. Check for availability of proper tools used by the contractor for the neat and clean execution of electrical work and insist contractor to minimize or zero damage of architectural and structural properties.
10. Preparation of daily report activities.
11. Controlling of works according to the specifications and contract.
12. Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues.
13. Conduct inspection of materials delivered on site.
14. Making material approval as per project specification and SBC Standard.
15. Site Investigation, Data collection and Report preparation.
16. Preparation of site progress report.

5. Developing a various interlocking methods such as forward/reverse, jogging, inching, plugging and many more.
6. Maintenance and troubleshooting of Arc welding Rectifiers.
7. Overhauling of all types of motors (3-phase induction motor, squirrel cage induction motor, slip ring induction motor) & periodically checking of motors after every 3000 operating hours.
8. Maintenance of transformer (33/11kv).
9. Maintenance and servicing of power contactors, Relays.
10. Maintenance and testing of power capacitors.
11. Maintenance of power station switch gears such as MCCB, ACB, VCB and SF6.
12. Maintenance of compressors and troubleshooting.
13. Maintenance of diesel generator (D.G) sets.
14. Preparation of daily power generation log sheet.
15. Change over when grid fails and when DG is running.
16. Installation and configuration of AC Drives.
17. Programming of PLC (Siemens S7-300)
 Configuring of I/O modules (PS, CPU, IM, FM, SM etc.).
 Concept of using data blocks, functional blocks, organization blocks.
 Concept of PLC Troubleshooting, Redundancy and networking.
18. Working knowledge of SCADA such as creating and configuration of tags, Alarm Logs, Maintaining Data Base, Setting of Communication Parameters, Animation, Screen Development and Recipe Management.
19. Developing of scripts in SCADA.
