Follow up guest lost and found luggage with baggage services department at
Dubai International Airport.
Responds to guests inquiries for information
Responsible for sending all scanned passport to the police
Checking if the scanned documents are valid.
Ensure that the receptionists are doing proper scanning.
Sending all the events taking place in the hotel to the police.
Making sure that the hotel bars closes on time.
