Receipt, checking, entry logging, copying, distribution and maintenance of project drawings, technical reports, specific tender documents, contract documents, and other project information
Provide regular and specific reports on document controller processes, outputs and performance
Posts updates to computerized or manual control record releases documents, and notifies affected parties. Maintain files. Caries-out reproduction of documents
-Record all the documents in SDMS (Site Document Management System)
-Respond to questions/requests for project information departmental and corporate source
-Check All the shop drawing before submitted to the consultant according to the numbering system
-System Administration for BESIX Site Document Management System (SDMS)
-Solve the problem with PMC Regarding Documents & Drawings
Report to Project Controls Manager ( Monthly Report & Weekly Report)
Report to Emaar Misr ( Monthly Report for all of documents)
Input document data into the standard registers Oracle Primavera 6 to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date
Prepare QA/QC requests ( IR)

Sorfert Project (Arzew Fertilizer Complex Algeria) in a Head Office Nile City South Tower - Operations Department.

Main Duties
Prepare required reports to Executive director Industrial Unit (Purchase orders, drawing submittals send it to Algeria, )
Report to Project Controls Manager ( Monthly Report & Weekly Report)
Report to Executive Director Industrial Unit & Project Manager at Algeria Site ( purchase orders)
Distribution all drawing according distribution matrix by E-mail to all project unit
Coordination with head office and our Algeria office to send transmittals by Prinloop System
Prepare final documentation ( as built) and send it Udhe Gmph - Germany

Main Duties
