- Develop or update Project management Plans, project activities, deliverables
& identifying risks and their responses and mitigation plans
- Develop and estimate activities in terms of duration, resources & cost
throughout proposal preparation stages.
- Establishment of project reporting and status tracking using established
project management tools  Set Clear lines on communication with Customer
& Top management.
- Assign Duties, responsibilities and span of authority to project personnel
- Enforce compliance to project management best practices using project
management methodology
- Establish and execute a project communication plan

- Escalating key issues when required to expedite project implementation and
ensure client satisfaction - Gain Customer trust & confidence, Illustrate control,
fairness & accountability to all stakeholders
- Monitoring the quality of work performed, project scope, budget, stakeholders
& duration through
execution & up to closure.
- Determine variations from plan & take corrective actions when
necessary
- Problem resolving Using task force
- Responsible for team performance, reviews, career guidance and skills
development.
- Direct project team on creation of resource allocation planning, capacity
planning, project scheduling,
risk management and mitigation issues, action item resolution, performance
requirements and
productivity metrics tracking within a Waterfall environment.  Completion of
project on time, within
budget, and at an acceptable level of quality, practice the concept of Lessons
learned with team
members & top management and ensure proper archiving of project records,
documents &
deliverables for later retrieval.

- Meet with other departments to do the feasibility study to the projects, meet
the
stakeholder to see the level of interest and to study the level on conflict.

- Plan with the project team and other departments (Finance, procurement and
operations)
to accomplish the management plans (scope, time, cost, risk...etc.) and
templates needed
for the project and assign the responsibilities for each member in project.
- Gain the approval for the accomplished project management plan with
stakeholders and
PMO.
- Integrate the Project Plans as specified to meet the required constraints and
customer
satisfaction.
- Follow up daily tasks, look for deviations and apply corrective, preventive
action and defect
repair for any changes within the defined limits.
- Monitor and control the constrain (scope, schedule, cost and quality) and
request changes
if needed.
- Communicate with stakeholder and PMO for the project status, achievements
and conflicts
from initiation to closing.
