• Duties : Contact small and mid size business owners, and offer them our services on
Google.
Act as a frontline interface with customers of Vodafone UK. Role involves
responding to customers over the phone and resolving their inquiries.
• My Role is to Develop The Communication Channel Between Cisco and End Users by
generating leads and develop new business in EMEA (Europe, middle east, and Africa)
via outbound calls and email to prospect potential buyers within the computer networking
market.
• Explore customer projects, discuss IT plans / challenges and recommend different
solutions that can match customer needs.
• Conduct leads through needs analysis and determine prospects budget, decision makers,
need, and timelines (BANT).
• Send leads to the appropriate sales team through CRM software (Salesforce).
• Coordinate with Quality Executive “Lead Admin” to ensure all leads are qualified,
processed and routed correctly to the appropriate sales team.
