Monitor production processes and batches, ensuring accurate cost allocation and operational
efficiency.
Analyze Standard Cost vs. Actual Cost variances and identify cost deviations.
Review production orders, raw material consumption, and manufacturing costs to ensure costing
accuracy and minimize waste.
Calculate finished product costs and support pricing decisions through Gross Profit (GP) and
profitability analysis.
Prepare and analyze sales, discount, and profitability reports for local and export markets.
Conduct pricing studies including product cost, freight, shipping, rebates, and marketing support by
customer and country.
Analyze the impact of raw material price changes, promotions, and commercial agreements on
product profitability.
Monitor raw materials and finished goods nearing expiry and support actions to reduce inventory
losses.
Prepare cost, inventory, and financial reports to support management decision-making.
Collaborate with Sales, Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve efficiency and
maximize profitability.
Utilize Oracle ERP, SAP, and advanced Excel for costing, inventory, pricing, and sales analysis.

Assisting accountants in collecting payments whether in cash or credit .
Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete
financial records.
Assisting the Senior Accountant in preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income
statements, invoices, and other documents.
Working with bookkeeping software (Falcon Soft).

Managing transactions with customers using cash registers.
Collecting payments whether in cash or credit.
Process customer orders and record them in the restaurant database.
Accept cash and return the correct change.
Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
Greet customers when entering or leaving the Restaurant.
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
Managing cash using the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions.
Relay customers orders to the kitchen staff.
Ensure all orders are delivered to the customers in a timely manner.
Tally money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift.
Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions.
Clean and arrange eating, service, and kitchen spaces.
Help kitchen staff when needed.
Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
