* Serve as departmental ERP Compliance Lead for Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing, Fixed Assets and Administration. (ERP = Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012)

* Policy and Process design, documentation and implementation for ERP and QMS, including cross-functional and cross-departmental processes

*Manage, monitor and control Fixed Assets of the organization

* Lead PMO Compliance Team, consisting of PMO Coordinator, Finance Executive and PMO MTO
*Organizational PMO development and implementation
*Development and implementation of Project Management processes & methodologies
* Project Control, including Budget, Scope, Schedule, Communication, etc
* Developed EVM calculations for IT Projects
*Developed and regularized bi-weekly circulation of PMO Dashboard to Top Management
* Design and develop training for Project Management and Business Process Reengineering.
Responsible for overall project coordination for software development projects and High Availability OLTP product suite. This involves requirement gathering, preparing project implementation plan, cross-team coordination, project HR planning, technical and business documentation, client & vendor management, 24/7 operations support for real-time OLTP product suite. The application suite is a historical telecom data retention, real-time analysis and mobile positioning system.
Responsible for supervising and training a team of 3 business analysts, pricing analysis, vendor management, launched furniture product line, designed retail website, prepared Sales performance report of the company, designed and developed company’s first retail catalog.
Worked in a fast paced environment and vigorously researched the international cellular industry, with specific focus on the United States, Canada & Europe and to maintain a news website (www.freshphonenews.com), with daily updates, focused entirely on the cellular industry.
