Responsibilities:
• Increase product portfolio per customer through active sales.
• Maintain and grow transactions and revenue volumes from assigned database of customers.
• Acquire companies that have no significant revenue history with bayt.com by selling bayt.com's recruitment products and services.
• Initiate and develop a strong relationship with assigned
verified leads.
• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long- term relationships and providing quality customer service.
• Transition customers who previously purchased from bayt.com while maintaining the highest level of customers' loyalty.
• Effectively manage business in assigned database through transactional and solution-oriented selling approach.
• Ensure a min of 85% coverage of assigned stack through regular physical and telephonic meetings.
• Determine customer's recruitment needs, and prepare
proposals to sell services that address these needs.
• Carry out other tasks requested by the management.
• Be aware of the market changes.
• Phone-screening to check the client's satisfaction.
