Actively instruct students, create lesson plans, assign and correct homework.
•Ensure effective communication and consultation with parents and carers of students.
•Liaise with other schools, higher education, industry, local community groups etc. as appropriate.
•Continue own personal development in accordance with the School's Performance Management cycle.
•Promote teamwork within the Maths Department.
•Produce reports for the department on assessment data, including examination data.
•Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students within your Tutor Group.
•Monitor student attendance in lessons and ensure that follow-up procedures are put in place where necessary.
•Actively promote the School's policies at all times.
•Comply with the School's Health and Safety Policy at all times.




Math and Science Tutor

Prepare/Adapt appropriate teaching materials.
•Identify/Assess the needs of learners and if necessary adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs.
•Discuss learning outcomes or moderation requirements with learners as the course proceeds.
•Evaluate the effectiveness of learning, Assess learners' work where appropriate. Keep records of learners' progress and ensure learners are given Offer advice on further learning and progression opportunities to learners as required.

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies.

•Visiting clients to build and develop relationships, developing a good
understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their
work culture and environment.

•Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build
relationships with candidates and employers.

Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our clients
•Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients
•Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels
•Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial meeting
•Identify areas where we can improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, then communicate those issues and possible solutions to upper management
•Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
