Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate customers’ records to select best way for collection.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
• Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
• Proficient with Excel and familiar with data query/data management tools (Access, SQL, Business Objects)
• Formulate recommends and gains approval for action plans to maximize the recoveries.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Identifies pro-actively and reports any change in the position of account holder, in order for the bank to take the immediate necessary actions.
• Participated in the process of implementing approved restructures and action plans, advising any major updates/ changes to the approving body as appropriate.
• Maintain updated knowledge of rules, regulations and standard in the field and related matters of interest to the department.
• Stay updated with new regulations and make sure to update Policy and procedures of Kuwait and subsidiaries accordingly.
• Deal with Boursa & CMA portals and upload the concerned documents.
