Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Prepare maintenance reports and follow up with technical team.

Start up, operate and maintain several systems :
Building management system (BMS).
HVAC (AHU’s, FCU’s, Split Units).
Chillers (as a chilled water system including a VFD controlled pumps).
Boilers including Control system (Fuel Type)
Irrigation system (automated by site control of RAINBIRD controlling solenoid valves.
DCW system (Booster pumps sets)
UPS, Generators and general electrical maintenance.
Lighting system .
Networks system.
-Investigate problems and recommend solutions.
-Prepare requests for proposals and evaluate bids.
-Provide technical support for system operations, maintenance and facility modifications.
-Supervise the installation, operation, maintenance of electromechanical systems.
-Plan maintenance activities, including all maintenance types, emergencies and shutdowns.
• Sell fire stopping elements, epoxies, and isolating materials in the Jordanian market.
