Participating in the programming, unit testing and solving bug scenarios reported by the software testers and/or the editorial teams.
Following up the daily and weekly jobs of importing/exporting data from different Hindawi Systems.
Training the new developers by giving them a general view for the workflow of the website and its database(s).
Continuous Database(s) tuning and applying the latest coding technologies and methodologies for ensuring best quality and performance of the website.
Searching for new IT subjects, programming, writing the program(s)’ steps with screen shots and translating it into arabic.

Technologies Used: C#, ASP.Net and SQL Server 2005 under the source control of Visual Source Safe 2005.
Roles:
Receive requests for new modules or updates of existing ones.
Developing the assigned sub-module(s) based on the functional requirements, testing the output and solving bug scenarios.
2- Administration website for the Manuscript Tracking System (Admin MTS): manages mainly the Editorial team’s following up process for the authors, editor-in-chiefs, editors and reviewers for a smoother publishing process on the MTS.
Technologies Used: C#, ASP.Net and SQL Server 2005 under the source control of Visual Source Safe 2005.
Roles:
Investigation for problems that are reported by the Editorial team and fixing bugs.
Programming assigned the sub-modules.
3- Other tools: manage the workflow of other departments specially the production team like collecting the materials and galley proofs of the accepted manuscripts in special formats to be ready to proceed in the next step of the publishing process which is the production phase.
Technologies Used: Console applications developed with C#, ADO.Net and SQL Server 2005 under the source control of Visual Source Safe 2005.
