Key missions :
- Leading the development and implementation of ambitious medium to long term strategies, in accordance with the overall Business objectives.
- Monitoring the local competitive environment to identify business threats and opportunities and develop business strategies & plans to address them.
- Establishing and overseeing KPI's, budgets, plans, policies, and programs that will effectively implement the business strategies and objectives set together with the Business Unit.

Main responsabilities :
• Driving sales of IMS Research project through face-to-face interactions with potential clients
• Establishing in collaboration with research team tailor made methodologies and approaches to suit client's specific needs.
• Sales management including target setting, insuring ROI, weekly pipeline follow up and support for closing sales
• Recruitment, training, sales coaching, performance management, sales processes
• Developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns
• Participating in offsite marketing events and presentations
• Managing administrative tasks and provide pre- and post-sales evaluations
• Training corporate clients on brand management, sales techniques, merchandising, distribution and category management.
