Since Feb '2007 with EQUATE Petrochemical Company, Kuwait - Inventory Coordinator - RID MRO. Working in Inventory Control Section (MRO) of RID department for managing MRO materials and supporting stores in day today activities. Worked for OL2K project in ordering and tracking commissioning and operational spares. Major responsibilities include creating SAP numbers, fixing stock levels, ensuring no duplication material numbers. Involving in MRP run and ensuring proper delivery of materials. Follow up with procurement department for timely placing Purchase order and expedition for ontime delivery. Supporting department for establishing policies and procedures ensuring safety practises.
Oct '2003 - Feb 2007 with SABIC (Saudi Basic Industries Corpn.) - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Group Affiliate Inventory Planner - Inventory Management. SABIC (Saudi Basic Industries Corporation), one of the leading Petrochemical Companies in the world, has established SHARED SERVICES Organization with centralised responsibility for Materials Management, HR, Finance and IT services of it's 17 Affiliate Companies. I have worked as Group Affiliate Inventory Pallner & MM i Inventory Team Leader (Acting) with responsibility to analyse, manage and report all Inventory management functions for two Affiliate Companies of SABIC. Provided support from MM in Major shutdown of 2006 in Al-Jubail petrochemical company (Joint Venture of SABIC and Exon Mobil) for stock material planning. Played a major role in optimizing the reservation and Purchase Request in SAP for proper tracking of materials. Companies under my responsibility include Al-Jubail Petrochemical Company (Kemya), Arabian Petrochemical Company (Petrokemya) .I have the responsibility to Monitor and analyse stock levels, material statuses, Developing Key Performance indicators, coordinating inventory activities, Managing Shutdown requirements, Performance enhancements in co-ordination with Purchasing, Logistics and end user Departments, identifying dormant and obsolete spares leading to their disposal.
