Managing one of the largest product “ITM and self-service kiosk” in the middle east, I worked on developing this projects till it’s standing to the production, I perform business studies (BRD) to the both projects and I involved financial and non-financial analysis, revenue projections, and sensibilities. Competitor review, market trends, best industry practices, regulations and customer feedback. I coordinated with Op Risk, IT, Compliance and Legal teams and the other departments whom concerned to deliver the products to be on service.
I designed and implemented dashboards and business administration modules to monitor (eBranch, ITM, self-service kiosk) availability and manage day-to-day operations involving application management, content management, and employees.
