Be a part of OMV’s global head quarter in Maintenance & Integrity department to support all OMV’s operating as well as non-operating assets and ventures.
Tasks at hand include:
1. SAP Plant Maintenance master and transactional data harmonization
2. Maintenance costs dash boarding and optimization
3. Integrity audits for operating facilities.
Liase with Adnoc for operation & maintenance of non operated assets with 100000 x 2 barrels of oil production daily
Manage the Integrity and Maintenance Department for Onshore and Offshore facilities in the assigned asset.
Lead in the responsibility of Operations Readiness & Assurance for major Oil&Gas surface projects.
Manage the department for reliable operation of all plants.
Manage the Plant Site for reliable and continous operation at maximum capacity with desired qulaity.
Effectively manage all the departments of Production, Engineering, Quality, Administration, HSE, Warehousing, Hired Mills & Security.
Responsibilities: Lead I&E and Training Department
Tasks at hand include:
1. Managing Instrument section for reliable operation of Plant in terms of maintenance & projects
2. Managing Electrical section for reliable operating of Plant in terms of maintenance & projects
3. Managing Training section so that all training requirements of site are met.
4. Scope out modalities of merging the new plant site (currently under construction) with the existing plant site
Responsibilities: Lead a multi functional team of engineers, supervisors and technicians in the fields of Rotating Equipment and stationary equipment
Tasks at hand include:
1. Safe execution of all Maintenance activities.
2. Keep plant down time minimized through the use of effective maintenance techniques.
3. Review & Implementation of Projects, Maintenance of all kinds of equipment and machines like Gas & steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, pumps, boilers, reactors, piping, etc.
4. Reliability studies of equipment & machines with recurring problems
5. Planning of Planned and unplanned plant shutdowns using Primavera and Maximo
6. Work for implementation of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
7. Monitor and improve Preventive Maintenance to Corrective (Reactive) Maintenance Ratio by strengthening PM and surveillance plans.
8. Also included are Alignment of Safety systems with DuPont safety standards, ISO audits, etc.
9. Give training sessions (on-the-job and class room) to sub-ordinates and peers.
10. Prepare and monitor maintenance budget.
Responsibilities: Lead of group of Planning engineers and assistants.
Tasks included:
1. Contracting of outsourced jobs
2. Maintenance Planning
3. Lead Turnarounds and Shutdowns management
4. Budget preparation for the entire Department and monitoring and stewarding on a quarterly basis
Responsibilities: Take ownership of all rotating equipment installed at all the field areas
Tasks included
1. Lead execution/implementation of machinery projects.
2. Lead overhauls of major machinery
3. Troubleshooting of all major machinery related issues through Root Cause Analysis, Vibration analysis, etc.
Maintenance of Rotating Equipment like Steam Turbines, Gas Turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Reciprocating Compressors, Pumps, etc.
Maintenance of Stationary Equipment like Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Piping, Valves, PSVs, etc.
Diagnostics of Rotating Equipment Through Vibration Analysis.
Make preventive maintenance plans, perform reliability studies, make maintenance budgets.
Look after the day to day maintenance activities of the refinery like boiler maintenance, furnace maintenance, etc..
Comission and operate RO Plant.
Mechanical Engineering. Grduated with Honours by securing 2nd position out of 200 students. Secured 89% marks in final year.
