Journal Management:
 Daily recording of accounting entries in Excel and Quickbooks.
 Documentation and filing of invoices and receipts.
 Monthly Preparation of Reports
 Preparation of General Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
 Accruals and Reversals.
Cash Management:
 Clearing of Cash and Expenses.
 Petty Cash Handling
 Bank Reconciliation.
 Petty Cash Reconciliation.
 Review of receipts and deposits slips as well as documentation.
 Posting of expenses with corresponding receipts.
Cost Accounting:
 Costing of goods and products manufactured
Accounts Payable Management:
 Weekly Report of Payables.
 Preparation of Check Payments and Telegraphic Transfers
 Monitoring of overdue payment
Accounts Receivable Management:
 Weekly Reports of company’s receivables as part of internal control.
Inventory Accounting:
 Yearly Inventory Accounting (Actual Count Vs. System Count)
 Daily Monitoring of Raw Materials In and Out
Payroll Accounting:
 Preparation of monthly salary as well as 13th month and
gratuity computation.
Purchasing:
 Finding potential Raw Materials Supplier
 Initiation of Purchase Orders
Billings and Collections:
 Consistent Reminders of Billings and Statements to Customers
VAT Registration & Implementation:
 Facilitate the company’s VAT Registration including preparation of documents.
 Implementation of VAT in company’s Books and Internal Policies.
Major Company Achievement:
-Prepared, compiled and finalize 3 years of Audited Financial Statement from 2014 to 2016 without proper recording in the last 3 years prior to my employment.
