* Serve as NRC Jordan’s focal point for receiving, processing, and responding to complaints and
feedback through the centralized CRFM system.
• Manage referrals, including protection cases, both internally and externally, ensuring timely action
and confidentiality.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to address complaints and enhance
program account ability.
• Conduct induction and capacity-building sessions on accountability standards and CFM procedures
for staff and volunteers.
• Promote awareness of NRC’s accountability mechanisms and PSEA principles among beneficiaries and
community members.
• Maintain and update FAQs, track feedback trends, and provide recommendations for technical
improvements.
• Prepare reports, participate in program meetings, and contribute to lessons learned and best
practices in accountability.

* Conduct field data collection, interviews, and focus group discussions in Irbid, Mafraq, Zarqa, Azraq, and Amman.
• Update databases and perform quality control on collected data.
• Support Community Liaison teams and reported security incidents.

Counsel and assess mental and social needs of beneficiaries, including orphaned children.
• Develop individualized support plans and coordinate with professionals for comprehensive care.
• Provide awareness sessions for families on effective ways to support beneficiaries.

* Provide psychological support sessions for refugees on coping with post-war trauma.
• Assist women, children, elderly, and persons with disabilities in adapting to asylum conditions.
• Conduct data entry and maintained records on UNHCR platforms.
