Part of the pre-opening team. move from previous company to Lagoona ( same owners) to set up the property for opening. in charge of full operation with limited staffing. taking care of all departments, including HR and Accounts. setting up of the reservations and all aspects of Revenue Management. taking care of the day to day operations
