• Training and development of team members as well as promoters and other service staff.
• Ensuring that marketing activities such as Activations and Events meets the strategic aims of the clients
and is delivered on time, on brand and within budget.
• Responsible for full budget management and allocated budgets to specific marketing activities such as
Activations, Promotions and Events.
• Execute full project management solutions, A-Z activities
• Ensuring compliance with all company and client procedures, including those relating to government
passes and applications for all Emirates.
• Liaising with authorities and planning all permit application processes including Dubai Duty Free
airport passes, JCDecaux airport passes, Labour cards, Health Cards, In-Store permissions
• Responsible for all business development in the Activations & Events department for Multinational and
SME’s in the market across all business sectors including FMCG and Property Development companies.
• Personally acquired and project managed companies like JTI Camel and Winston for both Travel and
Domestic Market currently in our second year after being awarded the tender with an annual budget of
around 4 Million, MMI domestic market, Tradall with brands like Grey Goose and Bacardi in travel
market, Damac Properties domestic market and travel market manning their property stands across all
malls in Dubai and the Airport, Smart Pharma group supplying them with experienced beauty advisors
to present their brands as promoters in pharmacies across the UAE. To name but a few.

had to interact with them on a daily basis. Every campaign differs in budget and size of activation. It
could range between R10 000 and R 2 000 000. With as many as 15 - 30 campaigns running at the same
time.
