•My role was to serve beverages and food to customers.
•I worked on tills due to my strong mental arithmetic and ability to preform efficiently under pressure minimizing customers' queuing time.
•My attention to detail improved as I became aware of when there was a shortage of a product/a machine needed topping up. I learnt to deal with upset customers and react in a calm manner that diffused many volatile situations.
Developed technical language to communicate with other engineers efficiently.
•Improved my attention to detail when checking for faults around the Boeing 777, 787 and Airbus 340.
•Ability to learn quickly on the job and perform under pressure while maintaining the quality of checks that the plane needed in a turnaround flight.
