- Define the project scope in collaboration with senior management.

- Gathering the business requirements from different departments including (Stores, Purchase, Production, Finance and Human Resources).

- Supervise the follow-up technical data entry in all departments.

- Analyze the technical data and process it (Data Analysis and Processing).

- Develop and customize reports for ERP software by using Report Builder Tools in the software.

- Design and develop tables by using (SQL server 2008R2, 2012& 2014) and MS Office Access 2007, 2010.

- Create views and stored procedures by using SQL server 2008R2, 2012& 2014.

- Write (Select, Inner Join, Insert, Update, Delete, Create, Drop and Alter) Query by using SQL, T-SQL.

- Import the big data from MS Office Excel to SQL server database.

- Write SQL server backups plan.

- Restore SQL server backups.

- Perform monitoring tasks with SQL Trace by using Transact-SQL stored procedures and SQL Server Profiler.

- Write DBCC commands in order to remove all the data from SQL Server’s data cache (buffer), create a new server log, reduce logical fragmentation, rebuild indexes, shrink the database, data file & log file of SQL server …etc.

- Configure SQL server database Mirroring and Replication.

- Upgrade the system databases from SQL server 2008R2 to SQL server2012 and from SQL server2012 to SQL server2014.

- Coordinate with network team to install Windows Server 2008 after evaluating the compatibility with the software and related database.

- Plan the network cabling design (Cat5, Cat6, etc, Fiber Optic) and install switches, access points and routers in coordination with network team.

- Implement network security, file permissions, backup and file system integrity in coordination with network team.

Description: its management of a document including electronic storage, access, search, retrieval, archiving, deletion and control to an extent.
The main purpose of the system is converting paper based documents such as (incoming document, outgoing document, and transmittal document) into a digital/ electronic format.

- Gathering, analyzing and understand the user requirements.
- Design and implement the software by using VisualC#.Net2003, C++,
Web Browser Reports Tools, CSS, HTML and Config File.
- Design and implement the system database by using Microsoft Office

2- Machine Shut Down and Maintenance System.

Description: It is history of documentation for all breakdowns are affecting on the machines, upload/download images represent that nature of breakdowns to/from the server. It contains all maintenance requirements for the machines and the equipments in the factory.

My Role :
- Gathering, analyzing and understand the business requirements.
- Evaluate the existing operating systems and hardware, ensure that
will be compatible with the software technology and related database.
- Design and implement the software by using ASP.Net,
VisualC#.Net2005, C++, PHP, Crystal Reports Tools, Web Browser
Reports Tools, CSS, HTML and Config File.
- Design and implement the system database by using Microsoft Office
Access2007.

3- Employees Training System.

Description: it's information system about the training and education for the employees, All training/educational courses that the company give it for the employees and calculation of training and education expenses for every employee in more than 12 division.
It contains expenses cover system from the divisions profits and from labor ministry regarding the reimbursing about all certificates already submitted from the company.

- Gathering, analyzing and understand the business requirements.

and Config File.

4- SAP / ERP System.

My Role :
- Analysis in software implementation for all system modules and
functions including Estimation, Design (Engineering), Inventory, Procurement,
Production, Sales, Finance, HR and Payroll.
- Coordinate with departments heads to gather the new business
requirements (renewable needs) that they want in software.
- Analyze and understand the new business requirements.
- Convert the new business requirements to the technical requirements.
- Review and edit the software documentation to reduce potential cost according
to the submitted new technical requirements to the software vendor.
- Coordinate and plan with the software vendor to improve
the software based on the new technical requirements.
- Perform manual testing for the software after modification and
development.
- Technical Support for all unhandled exceptions (software issues).
