Process time-sheets of Admin Employees
Reviewing Payroll
Arranging the Visas of Different countries for Managers for Business Trips. .
Booking the Air tickets for employees and Managers.
Applying Medical cards for employees
Manage Medical Polices for Employees as per company policies
Keep record for Employees ( for Camp and Mess)
Supervision of Labor Camps.
Arrange Hotels and transportation and Meals for Company visitors
Provide some Corporation / Assistance in Financial Activities
Hiring the local manpower through the Local Manpower Suppliers or Agents as per the Requirements.
Other duties as required.
