• Entire end-to-end recruitment cycle for assigned clients.
• Responsible for hiring middle/senior level profiles for BPO/KPO/E-commerce clients PAN India.
• Analyzing and evaluating CVs for the requirements and Short-listing resumes based on the requirements.
• Effective interaction with clients and the candidates for smooth operation.
• Update weekly recruiting activity report on open/filled positions and attend weekly recruiting meetings to discuss recruiting strategies.
• Monitoring and maintaining of database on the basis of current requirements and building a pipeline for immediate and future requirements
• Interacting with the hiring managers to understand the Job Requirements as well as take help of Search Portals and candidates to understand specifications.
• Applied sourcing methods to find the right candidates by leveraging different tools like internal database, job portals, networking sites like LinkedIn, and internal referrals.
• Negotiate the salary with the candidates and doing fitment as per the standards of the company & merit of the candidate.
• Screening the profiles suitable for the Client's requirement based on the salary offered and experiences in the industry, skills and assignments to be handled.
• Gathering information about candidates (Work experience, present and expected compensation, location/relocation information, notice Period, availability for the interview, and motivation factors, etc).
• Conducting preliminary round of interviews of candidates before sending their profile to the client.
• Collects feedback from interviewers and keeping the candidate updated regarding the same.
Training:
• Responsible for training the entire Talent Acquisition team dealing with recruitment activities.
• Responsible for training the new recruits on the complete TAG(Talent Acquisition Group) process, which involved industry training, communication skills, technical systems training and the culture of the company.
• This also involves coaching the employees on recruitment as well as communication skills.
