• Operate and manage the Pastry and Bakery section of the kitchen
• Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of
the highest quality at all times
• Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Head
and Sous Chef to meet the standard and the quality
• Handle purchase orders and ensure that items arriving without
authorization are not received.
• Supporting the Head and Sous Chef in new plate creation • Market ordering and direct contact with local suppliers
• Supervise and train junior chefs
• Research and develop new seasonal recipes
