1. Rashadia plan is 2.5 million tons of cement with tow production line .
During my service in Rashadia plant we executed upgrading project of tow production lines where we increase the both kilns output from 3000 tons /day to 3600 tons/day, one of the main targets of this project was installation of Bag house to decrease the dust emission from 100mg/m3 to 20mg/m3
2. During my service in Rashadia Plant we succeed to decrease the plant staff from 600 persons to 350 persons

4. Maximo ( Maintenance management system ) implementation in all maintenance operations
5. Increasing the kiln RF (Reliability factor) from 94% to 96%
6. Increasing the PF (Performance factor) from 96% to 98%
7. Improve the safety performance in the plant by implementing new safety policies & procedures, in 2008 Rashadia plant was awarded as number one in Lafarge group by reducing number of lost time accidents & number two in the group as the biggest number of working days without lost time accident.
