- Manage all customer complaints & Deliver quarter customer evaluation reports and send it to the competent departments.

- Provide pre- and post-sales services, including business analysis and bid support, to identify customer requirements relating to technical and commercial solutions.

- Open and distribute, type correspondence, send faxes and e mails with the support of the department/team as response for inquires.
