• Ensure compliance with tax, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory valuation and control to improve turnover and reduce holding costs.
• Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct internal audits and maintain strong internal controls to mitigate financial risk.

• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Apply Kaizen (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology to improve accounting workflows, cost monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Manage sales accounting, invoicing, collections, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle customs clearance, vehicle registration, and licensing processes.
• Prepare product costing and specification sheets; place purchase orders and follow up shipments.
• Monitor inventory valuation and implement inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support annual audit requirements.

• Prepare income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records for revenues, expenses, purchases, and payments.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections.
• Record sales invoices, vouchers, and perform bank reconciliations.
