As the senior Consultant, Based in Riyadh, and reporting to the board of directors and Sr. Mangers, I am Responsible to Identify, innovate and help drive the Network road map with the strategy, product and service departments.
Top Management meetings member as a technical representative of our Planning & Design Department.
Follow up the business development for each of SDH and DWDM network, refine and set the standard procedures to handle the daily tasks, setting the execution plans for each project opening, handle the emergencies and the unexpected issues and overcome them to ensure smooth operations.
In charge of providing Transmission Solutions according to the requirements received from Our Internal and External Clients.
In charge of technical architecture consultancy to STC projects and customers as required.
Plan and provide advice on infrastructure configurations and migrations.
First point of Escalation for any TX Troubleshooting in the Design during the integration process.
Representing the Planning Team in the role of Vendor Evaluation for any new Transport Equipment or Technology.
As a Senior Consultant, in charge of all the principles and process around the SDH/DWDM network in terms of network topology configuration, acceptance and operations.
Based in Dubai, A 24X7X365 Transmission operation individual lead includes supporting all critical, major network incidents for DWDM, SDH and PDH networks.
Directly managing a transmission operation to ensure the delivery of services within the agreed level with the customers.
Reviewing the needed systems and infrastructure by working side by side with the venders, setting up the system design and integration, optimizing the designs to meet the needed functionality and performance.
Representing the Technology Department as a main interface with the international and whole sale incidents, traffic rerouting, and IGW technical support.
Provide 2nd line support includes troubleshooting to international carrier during network and equipment related faults.
Commissioning, Testing and generating acceptance test procedures for the new projects.
Setting up, Maintaining and enhancing risk management and disaster recovery plans to ensure the service continuity and availability.
Preparing regular reports on the operations, implementation progress, Fault investigation and analysis’s.
Providing technical support to all project teams when needed and performing all the critical support to the network infrastructure, including remote support, traveling to remote sites in UAE in case there is a major operation.
Interact and communicate with International and Wholesale department, other cable station parties, carriers, equipment vendors, and other company departments, involving an exchange of detailed, technical information
Setting up An Advanced trainings level for the new staff as well as other departments.
Main Point of Contact pertaining to submarine cable system issue.

As a project engineer based in Dubai, I was responsible to lead the planning and implementation team to upgrade network infrastructure and ensure a smooth implementation as per the as built design.
Managing a 50 staff members during the installation process, overlooking of all the project requirements and ensure meeting the dead line date.
Leading Structural Cabling projects and representing the company in all Clients meeting at all levels.
Preparing regular reports on the operations, implementation progress, staff reviews, and other regular reports.
Coordinating with the purchase department, in seeking the best vender among different venders, and providing the technical advice depending on studying and testing each possible product and/or attending technical presentations.
Coordinating with the logistics manager to ensure the delivery and security of the equipments and infrastructure in Dubai.
