As the Senior HR Generalist at KDD, I was responsible for overseeing HR initiatives across Manufacturing, Sales Operations, and support functions. This includes handling recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and learning and development. I serve as the main point of contact for talent acquisition, managing recruitment for technical specialists locally and internationally. I also provide support and guidance to HR teams in regional locations like India, KSA, and UAE. Building relationships with external recruitment agencies and embassies is another part of my role. I address employee grievances and conflicts while ensuring timely resolutions, implement sourcing strategies, oversee onboarding, conduct employee satisfaction surveys, and manage the Performance Management System. Additionally, I align the Compensation & Benefit Structure with market standards, identify critical positions, and recommend relevant training programs.
Organize and maintain personnel records and updating internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) | Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides and revise company policies | Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates) | Answer employees queries about HR-related issues | Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules) | Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event ) .
