Fixed Broadband & Services Core Operations Team
- Handle all international traffic related to cases like congestion, balancing, capacity and prefix advertisement.
- Operate and troubleshoot IP networks, L2/3 switches, routers, firewalls, LAN/WAN networking hardware and protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRRP, VLANs, Trunking & Ether Channel .. etc.).
- Preform MPLS Traffic Engineering (LSP, LDP, RSVP-TE/FRR, Layer 2 vc, Martini & Kompella .. ) to ensure balanced traffic distribution among core links.
- Troubleshoot abnormal behaviors on Core boxes/nodes & open cases if needed with different vendor TAC's (Juniper - Cisco - Huawei - Aruba).
- Interact and coordinate with planning teams to implement new IP solutions.
- Configure and manage QOS for Etisalat ISP network to ensure minimum delay and dropping for corporate traffic.
- Configure, troubleshoot, upgrade & migrate Core nodes in multi-vendor environment.

· Experience in large WiFi Core deployments.
· Administrate and configure Core WiFi Network (Cisco/Aruba Controllers, Gateways) and ensure connectivity between WiFi AAA servers such as QPS, CPAR with planning teams.
· Administrate and configure NMS servers for WiFi core network such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure & Aruba Airwave.

- Member of ETS Level-2 team, NOC dept.
- Training and knowledge transfer to all NOC corporate support teams upon request/planned.
- Act as the last escalation point for NOC corporate support teams for customers cases once an escalation is required and/or the case is out of their scope/privilege.
- Troubleshoot both core and distribution network layers \[Trunks, Gears stability, Power outages, Temperature violations, CPU, DSLAM's, Bandwidth Utilization, alarms and reports\] as well as maintain stability to NOOR's international links with its upstream providers in co-ordination with the Backbone team.
- Troubleshoot various customers solutions scenarios, which are based on many services and such as Internet, IP-sec/GRE tunneling encapsulation methods, MPLS Applications
\[Intra & Inter AS L2/L3 MPLS VPN - MPLS TE\] over wired and wireless/3G environments,
as well as troubleshoot and modify customer's routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, RIPv2 whether on Provider's Edge and/or Customer's Edge.
- Hands on experience on wide range of multiple vendor platforms/roles such as Cisco 800, 1800, 1900, 2800, 3800, and 3900 series, as well as Juniper SRX, M, and Ex series.
- Handle IS-IS and BGP alarms with deep investigations and solve their related issues, as well as handle DDOS attacks, ensuring anomalies detection and mitigation process over NOOR cloud (including NOOR clients).
- Responsible for DSLAMs Migration process from older to newer technologies such as from ATM to Ethernet over many nodes within NOOR aggregation &distribution network layers in association with the DSL infrastructure team.
- Configure MVPN backup solutions and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot OpenVpn backup solution using Cypher devices with UNIX based.

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
