as well as troubleshoot and modify customer's routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, RIPv2 whether on Provider's Edge and/or Customer's Edge.
- Hands on experience on wide range of multiple vendor platforms/roles such as Cisco 800, 1800, 1900, 2800, 3800, and 3900 series, as well as Juniper SRX, M, and Ex series.
- Handle IS-IS and BGP alarms with deep investigations and solve their related issues, as well as handle DDOS attacks, ensuring anomalies detection and mitigation process over NOOR cloud (including NOOR clients).
- Responsible for DSLAMs Migration process from older to newer technologies such as from ATM to Ethernet over many nodes within NOOR aggregation &distribution network layers in association with the DSL infrastructure team.
- Configure MVPN backup solutions and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot OpenVpn backup solution using Cypher devices with UNIX based.
