 Checking servers and OS healthy including Hard disk capacity, Events Log, Servers performance and cluster status.
 Managing and troubleshooting active directory services.
 Monitoring and troubleshooting Antivirus Server like Kaspersky Antivirus and Symantec
 Monitoring of UNIX servers
 Managing and monitoring WSUS server
 Managing and monitoring Printing server
 Managing and monitoring daily Backup and Offsite tape rotation.
 Managing and monitoring VPN Remote Access Appliance.
 Provide support to end users on a variety of issues like for the following application Trakcare (Patient Care System) MS Outlook, Finance System, and Magicweb

 Provide second line support for the Computer technicians
 Managing and monitoring dally works in the support center
 Managing and troubleshooting printing server.
 Purchasing New Hardware Requirements
 Configure the network devices & troubleshooting its problems.
 Any job assigned by HOD or His director.

 Supporting Users in all Computers Problem
 Installing and troubleshooting operating system and application programs
 Troubleshooting computers hardware problems and other peripherals devices (Scanner, printer, laptop…)
 Monitoring and troubleshooting the daily problem of trakcare system (SQUH Patient system).
 Performance analysis services including performance measurement, problem diagnosis of the TPS (Track Print service)
