• Respond to customer enquiries regarding orders, flight cancellations, delivery dates, quotation and pricing.
• Action and respond to crew and customer enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Reconciling and verifying the invoices to support finance department.
• Daily review of cabin crew reports, to investigate and analyze the root cause in order to take corrective action & to implement improvement on the process as required.
• Supervise the Admin teams and handle general tasks such as duty roster and work allocation.
• In-charge of all operations emails telephone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• To communicate with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority and liaise effectively with other internal departments.
