Stage wise inspection of the projects like excavation, foundation, grade beams, shuttering, steel works of RCC members, brick work, plaster work etc.
•Verify and correct the reinforcement details as per the structural drawings after shuttering work and approve for concreting.
•Monitoring and reporting progress against time and financial objectives.
•Performing structural analysis and design of RCC buildings using Staad.Pro, Etabs2018, Excel programmes and manual design calculations.
•Producing sketches and input to drafting team.
•Preparing Good for construction drawings in AutoCAD from structural design inputs. Type of Projects:
•Residential RCC framed buildings.
•Commercial RCC framed buildings.

•Meeting with various Clients and Contractors to ensure that commercial closures of various ongoing Projects happen on time.
•Checking Good for construction drawings issuing to the Clients.
•Reviewing Sub-Contractor payment applications and certifying Sub-Contractor payment certificates in accordance with the applicable Sub-Contract Agreement.
•Reviewing Sub-Contractor payment applications and certifying Sub-Contractor payment certificates in accordance with the applicable Sub-Contract Agreement.
•Assisting the Estimation team in preparation of tenders by preparing RFQs for various construction materials and to diligently follow up on the same and preparing worksheets. Type of Projects:
•Residential RCC framed buildings.
•Commercial RCC framed buildings.
•Extension of existing structures.
Site supervision of engineering works (RCC, earthworks, drainage, services etc.)
•Providing civil engineering support to other disciplines including QA and HSE.
•Plan and execute civil works construction in coordination with sub-contractors.
•Preparation of support documentation for project reporting process. Type of Projects:
