Advanced bill and technical support as I took multiple courses regarding customer services in general and
some psychological courses to be able to understand the orientation of the customers/clients dealing with
to be able to resolve the customer expectations, also have experience in team and management work as
analyzing office work and numbers setting daily, weekly and monthly plan for the work to be able to
achieve the maximum performance from the numbers of achievements also analyzing numbers and work
done by me, also creating daily reports of the work done, self-education to improve my knowledge for
customer experience to achieve the highest numbers of what excepted from the clients and customers,
also looking forward to achieve more experience in the field of customer care in Multinational
companies .
كنت أقوم بالأتصال بالعملاء تيليفونيا و العرض عليهم المنتجات الخاصة بالشركة و محاولة أقناعهوم بشراء الفلل أو الشاليهات السياحية التى تكون متوفرة بالشركة و معرفة الأحتياجات و المتطلبات التى يحتاجوها فى المنتج المطلوب شراؤه و معرفة هل لديهم الرغبة فى الشراء أو ليست لديهم الرغبة و العمل على أساسها, و أيضا عمل أعلانات على مواقع النت و التواصل الأجتماعى لزيادة نسبة المبيعات للشركة و العملاء و لتوسيع نطاق الشركة فى السوق العقارى الواسع
يهدف قسم الأجتماع بكلية الأداب الى دراسة النواحى الأجتماعية و تعريف مصطلح الأجتماع من جيع النواحى و كيفية الوصول الى هذا المصطلح على مر العصور القديمة و الحديثة و معرفة النظريات الأجتماعية المختلفة , و أيضا دراسة الأجتماع من جميع النواحى و علاقتها بالعلوم الأخرى مثل ( التجارة , الزراعة , الطب , الخ )
