In charge of Fresh Department handling Produce Section managing department sales productivity, ordering and receiving of quality products, shrink management, implementation of in store promotions, staff management and productivity. Able to increase department's sales in one month and minimizer shrink thus increasing the department's profit.
Work with the Store Manager in implementing Store Operations Procedure, keeps store confidential files and process documents pertaining to staff HE related issues like leave applications, disciplinary notices, staff leavers and internal movements, finalised and processed store sales reports, maintenance reports as well as shrink management reports in a timely manner.
Runs check out Department towards smooth payment system in tills, ensures attainment of customer loyalty through customer service, store promotions and organizational check out management.
