➢Serves as a primary technical support provider to instructors on instructional design, learning management systems and their uses, and vendor-specific tools that will enhance and individualize course content delivery for each specific subject and course.
➢Troubleshoots issues within courses and can implement appropriate solutions.
➢Experience of updating a Moodle site and providing first-line support to users.
➢Assist with all other administrative tasks relating to Moodle & SharePoint portal.
➢Supports and maintains Laserfiche Workflows, Forms, and Business Process software.

➢Provide Functional support to Faculty, staff and students on BANNER, MOODLE, Argos and all in house applications.

➢Designing & managing Reports using Argos reporting tool.
➢Preparation and reviewing of the project related User Guides, Technical Documentations.
➢Involves daily operational task related to user access permissions to the applications.

➢Experience of providing technical trainings to faculty and Students during their orientation.
• Responsible for the In & Out bounds as well as Inter country stock transfers.
• Responsible for preparing the Costing Matrix for shipments.
• This includes stock managing of 22 stores across 4 markets.
• Responsible for posting transactions such as PO/ICT's & Stock Adjustments.
• Follow-up's on shipment discrepancies with the Brand team.
• To verify and process all purchase invoices for accounting.
• To liaise with Finance Department on all matters related to stock administration
• To ensure correct stock level at all times in the system.
• Write MS SQL Server Stored Procedures, Views, and Triggers.
• Use SQL Queries to extract data from SQL databases or write data to SQL databases
• Work with our in-house development team to plan, design, build, install, and stabilize custommodification.
• Handle any billing disputes or issues.
• Install programs at client site and document customizations. .
• Provide technical modification support to clients and sales team.

• Worked on MS SQL server 2008 and have exposure for the following:
• DB and Table management.
• Creating stored procedures.
• SQL Queries for DML Operation.
• Good exposure on MS SharePoint 2010 & 2013 includes:
• Creating and managing site, lists, document libraries, site collection, dashboard, restore and backup using SharePoint designer 2010 and 2013.
• Manipulate contents in List, Library, Site and Page.
• Create, Copy and Delete in List, Library, Page, Site and Web parts.

• Create multiple sub sites below the parent site.
